The Creative Recharge: on site accommodation

On site accommodation consists of a secluded woodland village.

After a truly unforgettable day, having a cosy bed waiting for you within just a few steps sounds absolutely perfect, especially when stumbling back after the awards. There's onsite cabins available for up to 44 guests across 22 rooms. If you have a buddy you don't mind sharing with then split the cost and make it cheaper for you both.

Please find attached the accommodation list, with a description of each room such as how many it occupies and the price - THE PRICE IS FOR TWO NIGHTS.

You can book your rooms from 9pm (UK time) on Monday 2nd February 2026.

The link will not be live until 9pm. Set your alarms so you don't forget!

Please note:

Squirrel, hare, fox, deer and badger are all shared studios. They have individual double bedrooms with lockable doors and an en-suite each. However they share a middle area from the main snug entrance so these may want to be used for 2-4 friends sharing a space.

The birch and ash bedrooms are individual rooms with no living area and sleep 2 per room. Please refer to map and list to choose yours.

If you're sharing a bedroom with others, just one of you book it and divide the money between yourselves. Make sure you let me know names for the breakfast list.

Please be considerate and don't book a 4 person snug all to yourself, as spaces are so limited and unfortunately not everyone will get a room onsite. So if you're booking alone, book a king room if possible.

Important:

If you are booking a shared studio, both rooms must be booked in order for the venue to release the lodge. If only one room is booked, your booking may be cancelled so please only book this if you know someone else will book the other room to avoid this happening. It's not me making this rule, they WILL NOT allow me to book the room unless both are occupied.

Accommodation is to be paid in full and is NONE REFUNDABLE. You may sell your room if you inform me of the name change.

Info needed:

In the notes section, please put the following details in order for me to complete your booking with the venue:

- name(s) of people sharing your room (for the breakfast list)

- if your room is adaptable, eg twins or double, please let me know how you'd like it made up (see list for options)

I'll be using the email you booked with to send confirmation to in order to check in, and you'll be responsible for the room and be the one to pick up the key.

Rooms will be based on a first come, first served basis and I'll have no control over them as it's a live link.
